The CCA Mentorship Program is designed to pair members with a mentor or mentee to facilitate knowledge transfer, enhance your clinical skills, and build your chiropractic network and community.
Registration will open in August 2025 and this year’s program period will run from mid-September to mid-January, during which time you can meet virtually and/or in person with your match.
Become a Mentee
Signing up as a mentee provides an opportunity for you to accelerate your professional development with coaching and feedback personalized to your areas of interest.
Growing within a mentoring relationship allows you to increase your skills and confidence while expanding your professional network.
Become a Mentor
Signing up as a mentor for the chiropractic profession allows you to provide insight and wisdom to those newer to the field than yourself. It allows you to hone your communication, leadership, and confidence while expanding your professional network.
Mentoring allows you to give back to your community while supporting the success of the next generation of chiropractors.
Mentors and mentees participating in the CCA Mentorship Program may be eligible for CE credits in their province. For more details on continuing education requirements and eligibility in your province, please refer to the ‘Mentorship Activities Log’ within the mentoring online platform.
Access to this Mentorship Program is included with your CCA membership.

Testimonials
“Great program with greater potential. I feel this program has the chance to develop into a very helpful tool for sharing experiences and supporting peers and colleagues. I did only virtual Mentoring during this Pilot, but I would be very happy doing some in-person mentoring also in the next round.”
“My experience with the CCA's mentorship program was excellent. My mentee was perfectly paired with me and we managed to cover a wide range of topics and go over lots of skills. Mentorship is key to shaping the future of our profession, there's only so much you can learn in Chiropractic College, so when new graduates are out there practicing, it is nice to know they have support.”
“I enjoyed the process of the mentor/mentee relationship with the program. After 25 years in practice, I realize how important having this leadership for new grads, or even experienced Chiropractors. Having a sounding board and a source for advice is incredibly valuable.”
“Being a mentor to two mentees in the CCA Pilot Mentorship Program was very rewarding. I enjoyed sharing my insights while also learning from their perspectives and enthusiasm. I am grateful for this opportunity to collaborate within our profession and foster the next generation of chiropractors.”
